A new Nitrogen coffee & ice cream shop is coming to the Costco Development aka Ambassador Town Center. It’s called Professor Bob Beans and it’s a local concept thought into existence by the same franchisee that brought Subzero to Lafayette. Subzero is a chain, but Bob Beans is not, since the owners name is Bob. What is cool about this place, pun intended, is that the coffee & ice cream experiments will mostly involve Nitrogen, which can freeze almost anything instantly.
