Tuscany Center, located at 3546 Ambassador next to Rooms To Go is near full occupancy. There is only one or two spaces left vacant, but I don’t see it being empty for long. As for the tenants that are already in the center, Suit Up Menswear and Tux Rentals is now open for business. Moe’s Southwest Grill & Hurricane Grill & Wings shouldn’t be far from opening as well. I hear Hurricane is really yummy and I am sure Moe’s is great, too.
