The new TownePlace Suites behind Walk-On’s has started construction, proof being the wood structure.
Like mentioned in a previous post, this is an extended stay hotel by Marriott.
There is a sign out by the site that states that the new hotel will be completed and open by 1st Quarter of 2017.
As for size, it doesn’t seem like much yet, but surely there is more of the building to come.
