We’ve noticed that there is new renovations happening to the old Burkes Outlet at 5700 Johnston, near Toys “R” Us. Upon looking into what could be happening here, we have gathered that it could be that Party City is relocating there.
Several permits show action for Party City, but once we know more, I’ll update.
