Did you hear? The four corners area on University Avenue may soon be redeveloped pending a financial approve. One spot in particular that is up for consideration is the Less Pay Motel, It is old and partially closed off. The city has plans to try to replace it with a Police Substation; I thought a recreational area would be better, but that works too. Also, about a block down is an old courthouse building that may be converted into a mixed use development.
