Blue Agave Mexican Restaurant is heading to Youngsville at the corner of Savoy Rd & Chemin Metairie in 2016. There will be a multi-use complex built at this corner that will be occupied by Blue Agave & Fit Blendz of Youngsville. The center will have more to come, but for now these are the first two to be mentioned. The current location for Blue Agave is at 3558 W. Pinhook Rd. and I’ve heard it’s pretty good.
